# Mail Ward

> Mail Ward is real-time email validation for Klaviyo. It screens every contact entering your Klaviyo flows through a webhook, automatically suppresses undeliverable, risky, and disposable addresses based on your preferences, and sends "Screened by Mail Ward" and "Suppressed by Mail Ward" events back to Klaviyo, each with a 0 to 100 deliverability score you can use for segmentation. It protects sender reputation and reduces bounces without manual list cleaning.
